Ohio Changes Law for Purchasing Marijuana from Dispensaries

Local Marijuana

Temporary changes will be made for Ohio’s medical marijuana program.

Patients are permitted to place phone orders for now, News 5 Cleveland reported. The state is also allowing for curbside pickup and payment of orders. Deliveries are not being permitted at this time.

Additional guidelines and temporary changes can be viewed on the State of Ohio’s website.

It’s also noted that dispensaries are not required to follow these guidelines, but are urged to in order to keep patients and staff safe.
