OH Marijuana Card

The Ohio medical marijuana program allows any Ohioan with at least one of the below qualifying medical conditions to use medical marijuana.

List of Qualifying Medical Conditions

Debilitating medical conditions include:

– AIDS
– HIV
– Alzheimer’s disease
– Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
– Chronic traumatic encephalopathy
– Crohn’s disease
– Epilepsy or another seizure disorder
– Fibromyalgia
– Glaucoma
– Hepatitis C
– Inflammatory bowel disease
– Multiple sclerosis
– Chronic and severe pain
– Intractable pain
– PTSD
– Sickle cell anemia
– Spinal cord disease or injury
– Tourette’s syndrome
– Traumatic brain injury
– Ulcerative colitis

The Commission shall establish and update the list of debilitating medical conditions for which medical marijuana certifications may be issued on an annual basis, consistent with current, peer-reviewed medical research.

Other Qualifying Conditions

– Must be at least 18 years of age
– Must be a resident in the state of Ohio with proof of residency
– The qualifying Ohio medical marijuana patient has been diagnosed by a doctor as having a debilitating medical condition and has obtained medical records showing the diagnosis of that condition.
